Zopa Bank raises £80m in additional capital

Zopa Bank has raised £80 million in Additional Tier 1 (AT1) capital with an LSE bond listing. This non-dilutive capital strengthens the balance sheet and positions Zopa firmly on the starting line for their Bank Account launch. 

This announcement follows Zopa’s €80 million equity fundraise in November 2024.
