Georgie leads on cross-functional initiatives at Augmentum Fintech, one of Europe’s leading fintech VCs. In her capacity as Chief of Staff, Georgie plays a key role in fundraising, marketing, operations, people/hiring, policy and ESG.

Georgie began her career working in a number of startups and a startup studio before completing her MBA and moving into venture capital in 2018.

Passionate about the role investment can play in tackling complex social challenges, Georgie’s interests span inclusive entrepreneurship, social mobility and systems change.

Alongside Augmentum Georgie serves as a Trustee of the London Children’s Ballet and as an Advisory Board member for the Athlete Investor Summit.
