Georgie leads on cross-functional initiatives at Augmentum Fintech, one of Europe’s leading fintech VCs. In her capacity as Chief of Staff, Georgie plays a key role in fundraising, marketing, operations, people/hiring, policy and ESG.

Georgie began her career working in a number of startups and a startup studio before completing her MBA and moving into venture capital in 2018.

Advisor to the Athlete Investor Summit and judge at the UK Tech Awards and Innovate Finance Women in Fintech Powerlist.

Passionate about supporting underrepresented and overlooked people, particularly tech founders and operators, those experiencing homelessness, young women and people in the criminal justice system.
