Conny joined the Board on 1 November 2021. She has been an active part of European fintech for many years and has worked with a number of early stage fintech businesses and was named one of the ‘2021 Top Ten Voices in European Fintech by the Holland Fintech Association. She is a non-executive director of Singer Capital Markets Ltd; a member of the Supervisory Board of  Worldpay bv; a founding partner of BankiFi (a developer of technology ‘putting banks at the heart of business’) where she serves in a non-executive role; an Associate of the European Women in Payments Network (EWPN); and an active mentor to the ABN AMRO + Techstars Future of Finance Accelerator.

Previous appointments include Chair of the supervisory board of Cobase bv; Chair of the supervisory board of pan-European fintech provider Blanco Services bv; and VP Global Payments Marketing at FIS, following its acquisition of Clear2Pay, where she was Global Head of Corporate Marketing & Analyst Relations.
