Jess is an Associate at Augmentum Fintech, responsible for sourcing deals, analysing investment opportunities and supporting our portfolio companies.

After starting her career at Goldman Sachs working with various fintech startups, she decided to join the world of venture capital, first at Redstone and then L&G’s VC team. Jess holds a BSc from ESCP Europe and MSc from Imperial College London.

Outside of work, Jess enjoys doing sports, travelling and catching up with friends.
