David has been a member of the Company’s Board since its IPO in 2018. He has over forty years investment experience with a career in investment banking and asset management, working on both public and private equities, and asset allocation. 

Previous senior positions, include head of European equities for SG Warburg plc and Deutsche Bank AG. Subsequently he was CIO and co-CEO of Deutsche Asset Management’s European Absolute Return business. In the Investment Trust sector David worked for RIT Capital Partners plc, where he was a director and head of public equities. He joined the multi-strategy firm Marylebone Partners from inception as a partner and head of liquid strategies.

Since his retirement in 2017 remains a member of the firm’s investment committee. He is currently the consultant CIO for a long-established London Family Office and holds a number of advisory positions in the Family Office, Charity and Asset Management sectors.
